Use the email account associated with the minecraft account where it says Minecraft username. (This is if you have premium version of minecraft.)

If you're running the cracked version of Minecraft, that's probably why you can't connect in the first place.

Unless it's a LAN server, you can't connect to multiplayer if you're running a cracked version.

Anyways, you don't need to upgrade here to play, that's just for perks. The server itself is free. You should be using your money to buy the full game instead if you want to play on these servers.
