I am not sure how I quite feel about this, but a lot of times when you are fighting a person, and they are low, they have enough time to type /hub which makes it so that you cannot get their items. Should there be a certain amount of time that must be waited after combat before commands can be used? I don't really care too much myself but I thought that I would bring it up to see what others think

I often see the problem aswell, I have no idea how to stop it. Simply saying, that you aren't the only one.

People used to drop items upon leaving, so I don't know why that's stopped happening.

As said above, I've seen it plenty of times as well, they usually do it possibly since they have good stuff and don't want you to win with it, but i'm not sure why people do it, not gonna lie, I've done it as well

Not for all commands I'd say, there's plenty of commands that I think might be needed to use during combat (like /gf) but then would be blocked if the combat command protection would affect all commands.

I hate how you have to wait to get back to the hub on some servers.

Of course, /hub isn't being removed now or ever, considering that being able to switch servers without disconnecting, going back to the server list, and reconnecting is one of the main points of a hub system.
We're aware of the bug with players sometimes not dropping items when they quit, and it's being worked on.
