Hi!
Have you tried using /upgrades to see any pending upgrades that are still waiting to be used. If so, you should be able to do /upgrade 1 to receive the upgrade you have paid for. There will be on-screen instructions so you cannot go wrong.
However, if this has not worked, please contact [email protected] for further help with this issue.
