Server spam prevention?

is it possible for the server to be able to mute peple who are saying the same thing over and over? often mods are not around so it would be cool for the server to sort it.

Been suggested before, it would be kind of hard to code IMO. And I think that idea has been declined before as well.

No, quess there will be a lot of small accidents of the console kicking a player when he hasn't spammed at all

and if we do get is coded it might be very bugged and there for ban people that did nothing.
