SERVER LAG

So recently i have gaven up on this server becuz of the lag issues. I've gone to badlion and came back but i kept getting more than 1000ping just becuz u cant fix this issue. And be4 i quit i used to get rounding 80 ping but now its 1000 ping or 80 ping but my minecraft non-stops freezing i get freaking ping lag. It maybe becuz yur hosting 3 versions and all the plugins but just Ultimate Fishing Rod Of Doom FIX THIS LAG thank u
