Scammed. Help please?

Hey, I'm Will and I was recently scammed in a purchase of an account from somebody (TryHardAlt). I am aware that that account had diamond donor and I'm also aware that he was banned for some reason. I was wondering if a rank switch could be in order if I showed proof of purchase via screenshot or something like that.

No, MCGamer would not do this. This is why it is better to actually buy an account from minecraft.net and buy diamond donor yourself from the shop.
