So my previous account riveracrobat is a platinum donator. However due to unforeseen circumstances i can no longer access that account, hence is why i created river_acrobat. During a minecraft update the login instead of just the username wanted the email instead. I do not have access to that email and their is no way for me to get it therefore i cant access riveracrobat. I explained this to a mod Geckogoggals and referred me to ask the higher ups of the server if its possible for me to get my platinum transferred over to river_acrobat. I can provide proof that i am the same person if necessary. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry, I think you misunderstood what I said.
So the best way to get in contact with the admins is through the support email ([email protected]) and if possible, email them with the email you used to sign up on the forums. I've never seen what a support email should look like, but I would think just copy-pasting this would work as an explanation.

When it comes to rank transfers, the only people who you can go through is the MCGamer Support Team. We don't tend to do rank transfers. (It is rare) If you want to see if they will indeed transfer the rank over to your new account, you can shoot an email to [email protected] and they can assist you from there.

Make sure to do/include the following pieces of information:

• Email them from the same email that you used to make your MCGamer forums account.
• Your IGN
• Your receipt for Platinum.
