I know it can be unfair, but to be honest, even if the admins did disable it, people could just write the coords down on paper if they really wanted to

I don't think it's too bad tbh, i'v played quite a few time, and i pretty much know my way around the map like the back of my hand.

Yea but to be fair, writing them down or remembering the places is much more challenging than simply following way points or worse, having a minimap. Also it's much more time consuming to always check for coordinates.

Would be great if client side plugins could be somehow disabled.

I do have minimap on my game, but i disable it for the server. I already know where a ton of the chests are.
