Re-add in Breeze Island Tier 2's

Ever since the chests were changed around, I've noticed that in Breeze Island, most tier 2 chests are now gone. How about re-adding the majority of them?

I agree because Breeze Island is a VERY overplayed map so I think it should definitely add some more tier 2's.

Yes, they do need to add more Tier 2 Chests, yet a the same time they need to ensure that they're not placing too many thus allowing a number of tributes to gain better items and have a much higher chance of winning.
