MoLoToV Basically explained it all..
The Quantum rank is a rank that ChadTheDJ (The MCGamer Owner) is the only one who can sell it, and it is in the "Shop" whenever he wants and needs the money for the Servers. If you follow him on Twitter, or you follow MCGamer on Twitter, you will be aware on when the Quantum Ranks are available in the Shop again.
