So I know quantum was available end o July but it is sold out so now I wanna know when the rank and the prizes with it will be out again.

Unfortunately, Quantum was only available for a limited time. Please be aware that in any point in the future, it may or may not be available again, so in your case, it may be something to look out for. But at this current time, it is no longer available.
