Profile Picture

I've been sitting here for 20 minutes trying to get to change my profile picture and nothing works; I've made sure the new picture is the right size and such, but when I upload it and click 'okay' nothing happens.

As well when I choose to have my MC Character's head as my picture it will say 'not found'. What can I do?
