Point Lottery

So how this could work, everyone joins lobby and votes for a map then you could type /yes /no if you want a chance at the prize, you could also have a vote on what the buyin is 10 points 20 points ect. The only people taht can win the points are the ones who join the lottery. To win the points you have to win the game.
