PLEASE HELP

Hey guys i have no clue what i did wrong, but whenever i try opening anything on my computer it open in WordPad... i cant even open anything to try and take a picture... please help me and tell me what to do pm me and message me your skype if possible... thanks for the help!

Maybe u set it as default program and now it opens everything as word pad? I think you have to format your pc, idk a lot tho.

YEA THATS WHAT I DID I REMEMBER NOW!! do u know how icould change it back?

If you set it as your default program try -
Right clicking on w/e you want to open
Click Open With
Pick your program or select 'Choose default program'

It's easy dude. You just RIGHT click on let's say World of Warcraft, then click Open With and then it will have an option like "Choose Default Program" or you can just find it by yourself.

Hey Soccerking9999,

1. Click Start Menu, and then type regedit in the Start Search and press ENTER. Right click on regedit from the search results and run as administrator.

2. Navigate to the following registry branch:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\FileExts\[ext]

Replace the [ext] with the actual file extension that you want to restore its file type association to revert back to original Windows 7 default (probably .lnk and/or .exe). If you unsure, simply browse through all the sub-key under FileExts.

3. Delete the sub-key named UserChoice.

4. Exit from Registry Editor.
