PLEASE HELP - Platinum rank has still not come

Hi, I upgraded to platinum rank from diamond over a day ago and it has still not come. I also emailed support but they didn't help.

My MC Username is duskulll

I was annoyed so I am asking you why my purchase has not worked.

I also have proof of my payment and if any staff member wants to see it email me at [email protected]
