I'm trying to transfer platinum donorship from an alt to my main account can any staff help out I can't find anything relating to it.

Email [email protected] and they will decide whether they will give you the transfer or not. Just saying, they barely make exceptions over Donor Transfers

Just to clarify, neither Moderators nor Senior Staff can decide on whether a rank transfer is possible or not. The only way to find out is by contacting [email protected], explain your situation and see what they think.
