You can email [email protected] with proof of your purchase as a Platinum Donor. This can take up to 3-7 days (depending on how busy they are) so please be patient.

Hello!
I believe that you are trying to say that you have Platinum Donor in-game, but only Iron Donor on the forums.
In that case, please email [email protected] with your proof of purchase (receipt) and stating that you would like to change your donor rank to Platinum to match with your in-game rank. If you would like, you can also ask them to change your name to what your in-game name is as well!
