I believe the email is "[email protected]", but they could have changed it within the past... day or so.
If someone else bought your rank for you, make sure that they didn't charge-back you, otherwise that could cause a lot of issues.

Like the other have mentioned, email [email protected]. They will look into the issue, and you should hopefully have your donor back as soon as they can sort the issue out!
Make sure to include proof of purchase (having it on the forums should work as proof you don't have any other payment verifications) in the email just to make things easier for them when they take a look at the issue.
