Platinum donor complaint

Hello,
I bought the platinum donor rank when MCSG v1 was still running. When I bought it, though, it said that I have some facilities on the server.
Some of them are still going like joining full servers, 5 votes and so on but..
I can't scramble my points
Since MCSGv2 came out I don't have a pet and when I bought the rank it told me that I can have a pet. It would have been fair for platinums to still have some sort of pets, the basic ones.

When will the /scramble command be on again and is it possible for me or for platinums in general to have some sort of pets?
