Permanently Banned From MCSG Teamspeak

As I was trying to go on the MCSG Teamspeak to talk to a friend, I was confused by why it was not letting me join and then it had said I was banned permanently and I have no idea why this is happening and why I am banned. I would be very pleased if I was informed why and if it was possible for me to be unbanned. Thank you for reading this.
