Packet Loss/Ghosting?

Greetings the MCSG community. Today, I was just casually playing a game when suddenly the timer stopped. For example, it stopped at 24:40. I can't open any chests, or hit anyone. Then it starts going after like 15 seconds. But, sometimes it just lags me out with the error:
Internal Exception:io.netty.handler.timeout.readtimeoutexception
It's really infuriating and it's been happening all day today. help please!

This is a pretty standard connection issue for everyone. Doubt anything could be done

The problem with the EU servers at the moment is actually to do with the host not mcsg. The devs are working their hardest with the host company to try and resolve the issue. Thread locked.
