honestly, i've never liked the idea of tier 3 chests. it just seems stupid and pointless, but i wouldn't mind them if it weren't for the fact that the tier 2 chests have been extremely downgraded. at the end of my about six tier 2 route on holiday, i might be lucky to have full chain and a stone sword. and that's if i get lucky, while when people who've found the tier 3 chests have full iron, and a diamond sword. like i said, it wouldn't be as big as a deal if they didn't change the items in tier 2s. as for the tier 1 chests, there's a lot of useless stuff in them, ( a compass? really? ) but i do like them for the most part since it brings back the whole version one kinda feel. overall, the only thing i think they need to change is going back to the old tier 2s, and tweaking a few items in tier 1s.
