I keep getting emails for EVERY notification I get! How can I disable this so that I don't get flooded with email all day long?

Hey! Okay for you to be able to disable this feature, you want to do these steps:
  1. Go into preferences(Hover over your name in the top right hand corner).
  2. Go into browsing preferences.
  3. check all the boxes that make you receive an email.
