No regen

Can someone help me i dont habve regen on MCSG on Battlegrounds i kill someone i have 0.5 hearts and i dont regen in SG i can only regen with Golden Apple can someone help me?

when im playing without optifine i have regen when im playing with optifine no regen wut?!
