There should be a server for new people that don't know where all the chests are etc. Now it is really hard as a new player to win.

Just keep playing. Explore the map. Get to know the map. Know where all the chests are.

What would determine if a player was new? Couldn't experienced players go on for an easy fight?

I know its a good idea, but how could you ensure that only new players can play on this special server?

Maybe with the date that they joined the server for the first time.

You can make it that you can only join rank 150 or lower

In that way people who are not good in the game also stay in the 'newb' area

But people that are "Good" could just let them get killed to lower their points to get in the "Newb" server.

Maybe you can make it that you if you kill someone on the 'Newb' server you get less points than you kill someone on the 'Good' server.

Also I don't think people will get them killed on purpose because they waited a long time till they can finally start and than die.
