I was thinking about how killing is the only way to get points but should that really be the only way? It's the survival games, what about for staying alive, like maybe getting points for every 5 minutes you survive? Or for every chest you open, or for every sword, arrow, stew or bow you craft. Everyone has their own playing style and why not reward them for it?

I agree that there should be more ways to get points. Maybe 1 point for each 3 or 5 mobs? This will make players challenge mobs more often, and it does take skill to do that. Maybe 1 point for each weapon crafted. Points for staying alive would just make more campers and be annoying.
