New NCP (Custom Coded by Members?)

Well, here's the deal. The NCP system we have installed on the server suck VERY badly. This was already suggested by someone, but what if we have our MCSG members TRY to code a no cheat / hack plugin? If the adminstration doesnt like it of course we don't have to add it, but just a thought....

A new NCP was released 3 days ago, and we're going to try that out first. If push comes to shove (so to speak), I'll work on modifying the existing NCP and get things going.
We understand how much of a pain the current anticheat is, but you must keep in mind that 1.4.2 was just released under a week ago, and that we're having difficulties getting out of the update mess.
