New Farewell/Break/Resign Forum

This is a dumb idea, but I was wondering if there can be a farewell/resign as mod section(in the Community corner forum)?
Really no pros and cons (because I am not thinking correctly right now ;() except for the fact that it takes lots of work for this.. Welp, any suggestions you would like to add to this or any pros or cons or criticis feel free to xD welp that's it.
