I'm considering buying Diamond donership, next to it says lifetime, So i'm assuming you get all the perks as a diamond doner for a lifetime with a ONE TIME PAYMENT of £47, Am i correct?

As RC said, that is correct. The effects of the diamond sponsorship will be active for as long as the sponsorship is registered to the account.
