My friend just reset her stats and mods will not help.. please help her her ign is og_me_minecraft
she did it two times cause she thought it was a glitch please help. -Mackenzie.

You have to activate it in-game. The command is something like /upgrade 1.

Regarding the stats reset, your friends needs to type /upgrade 1 (if it is her first stats reset which I assume) in game in order for the stats reset to take effect. If this doesn't work, then she will have to contact [email protected] and explain the problem like IronOre12 already mentioned.
