My Diamond rank hasn't been delivered?

Hi guys,

I bought the diamond rank at 10:52am GMT time and I am still the normal rank on the servers.

Can someone look into this please?

If you have not received your rank 24 hours after the purchase, please send an email to [email protected]. When you email support remember to include your Minecraft in-game name, receipt of your purchase and to explain your situation. They will be able to sort things out.
