My colour code is stuffed up

My colour code is stuffed up on MCGamer, I bought Platinum and it works fine, but colour code it weird. My colour code only works in hub, I will be in a hub, I'll do /cc &c, in hub, and it makes my text red, (or whatever colour I choose to make it) and it works fine, but then if I'm in any lobby or minigame, (SG, BG, QQ etc.) and whenever I do the command /cc &c, my text stays white. If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me how. Thanks.

/cc only works in the hub right now, you can however use &c, &9 ect to get coloured text in lobbies.
