i was wondering if i can move my diamond donor from

IGN - iCursedHD

or not? if so can you please move it

Hello!

Unfortunately, MCGamer does not support donor transfers anymore.

We only make an exception on this rule in when someone their donor account was hacked, provided that they have sufficient evidence. In this case, they would have to contact [email protected] and give a thorough explanation on what happened + provide the evidence.

Just going to post a clarification here: that statement is not true. The Support team makes exceptions for special cases (particularly technical failure or server issues), but they are not always as clear-cut as this example (in fact, I know that they don't automatically transfer ranks due to hacked accounts because that became a common lie to use in order to steal other peoples' ranks).

The best course of action is just to contact the Support Team and see whether they can transfer your rank or not.
