Hey,
First I would recommend becoming more known on our platforms; Forums, Teamspeak and In-Game. I see that you only have 8 messages on the forums, I would recommend more but it's not a needed requirement.
I would also recommend that you make some report abuses of people breaking the rules In-Game, that shows that you're willing to make an effort, even as a community member. If you don't know already, you can do this here; http://www.mcgamer.net/forums/Report/ . It would help a lot of you also use the template provided here; http://www.mcgamer.net/link-forums/report-abuse-template.65/.
Once you have done that (if you did) you can go here to post your moderator application: http://www.mcgamer.net/forums/apply/. You will also need to use this template: http://www.mcgamer.net/threads/help-wanted-currently-available-mcgamer-staff-positions.7389/
You can also read some helpful threads around the forums to help you to fill out your moderator application, these are very easy to follow and understand, especially if you're new to the forums.
