you do not know if the rules of the clan war is not written that you can check macros and if a person has no proof of the fact that the enemy was with macros can put it there for DQ?

If you are asking that if they can DQ you for only thinking you are using macro's with no actual proof, then no, they cannot DQ you for that. Anyway, as moderators aren't able to force them to get rid of the DQ, there isn't really anything you can do about it.
