Mixing Resource Packs

Hey, I am a guy who mixes resource packs (not to special people), and I would like to know if I could upload the resource pack here?

It depends on each individual pack's rules. I know that some of the packs associated with Huahwi's didn't allow edits to be publicly uploaded, so if he had done so, he would have been in trouble. I'd try and find this type of information regarding the packs that you're mixed before uploading.
