Minecraft "Sprint and eat" Glitch

Hi guys I'm posting this to settle weather or not the common sprint while eating food glitch is allowed to be used on MCSG. Ive seen my fair share of arguments about this and I'm also a supporter of it not being allowed. If a Sr. Mod or an Admin could settle this once and for all, I'd appreciate that.
