It could potentially mean you have a lot of items downloaded in your storage, Unfortunately I'm a little unsure about it, but I do suggest trying to delete any files, pictures or videos you don't need.

Already fix the problem, mine was that my windows user name has an exclamation sign at the end and it caused problems on the java launcher
