Minecraft 1.7.2: Enchanting Bow Lag

In Minecraft 1.6 and 1.7 and when I use a enchanted bow my FPS drops. Normally, when I charge a normal bow (not enchanted) I will get like 50+ FPS. When I charge a enchanted bow, my FPS drops to 10 to 30. For Minecraft 1.6, the lag can be fixed in several ways which I know. But for Minecraft 1.7, there seems to be no way. Is there any way to fix this, thanks!

I think it's the enchanted texture, It changed slightly I think in 1.7, (Possibly) therefore your computer may not like it..

The enchanted texture is the same for 1.6 and 1.7. Both Minecraft versions will have lag when using enchanted bow, for me.

I don't use Resource Packs that are 120x and up. I only use a Faithful , my computer is a beast and have Optifine.

Retexture the enchantment texture? Or is that not a texture? Not sure.
I've never had this problem.. but I do play on 200fps average
