MCSG EU Connection Issue

Recently, after MCSG moved the EU host to Amsterdam, Netherlands, I've started to have crashes on the server after 3:00 GMT (which is 5:00 PM for me as I live in Israel, which also means the server host is closer to me). It's been happening for over 2 weeks and I haven't managed to find a solution for it so this is why I am posting it here. If you have any suggestions on how I can fix it then I'll more than happy to hear!
