MCGamer Chargeback Dispute

So awhile back I sent an email about a chargeback that had accord under my account and causing me to get banned on BuyCraft . I have talked to Sr.Mod , Mod about twice and emailed the MCGamer support team as well as Buycraft. Through all the emails Buycraft had told me that it was under the MCGamer network to remove any purchases under my name. I emailed the support team, they asked for proof, I gave them the proof but i never got a response back. I emailed them two weeks ago and never got a response. I Did try to re-email them about it but I still have not gotten a response. http://prntscr.com/7rvxiv that was the proof of Buycraft saying that MCGamer had to remove any purchases. If there is a way to get to the support team please notify me.

It can take a while, as said above, but from what I can see, you are taking all of the necessary approaches. Make sure that you provide as much information as possible, as it is hard to work with minimal information.
