Map voting

I have been seeing a lot of people whining and spamming about voting the next map like "plz plz vut fo de map tat hav tall beuilding plz plz "

My idea is to keep voting for donor only or maybe we could donate bounty like if you have 1000 bounty and want to donate 25 point to map 1. and after 5 minute the map with the highest point win
and got picked.

ummmmmmmmmm we could have a short preliminary voting system where after 2 and a half minutes the best 2 are picked then its only those 2 that are voted for in the last 2 and a half minutes.
