Map Updates!!??

Hello,

I was wondering when MCSG will be having their next map update. If anyone could tell me how this works (every month, certain # of maps, etc.) it would be very helpful and appreciated! I'm ready to see new maps on MCSG and excited for the new update

PS: Is it until they have a certain amount of maps? And if someone could tell me when they will be adding new maps!

Mcsg has never told when to expect map updates or what maps are being considered (gotta love good ol' mcsg). Pretty much the only thing that is certain with map updates is that all Team Elite maps will be added.

Umm nope, really not a fan of his work or him as a person xD His posts on the forums and other maps are mainly pessimistic.
Just my opinion.

Sorry to hear that.

I don't mean to be pessimistic, even if that seems to be the case. I just know what it takes to succeed in the building community and try to hold people to high standards. Doesn't mean I don't respect them as people or try to be negative.

Simply put, I am going to be honest. I am not going to sugar-coat anything and make it seem better than it is. I know what it takes and I am going to let you know if you do or do not cut it, but again, pessimistic is not what I am trying to be. Critical, probably, but pessimistic, nah...

I'll try explain how MCGamer works with map updates.

Basically, Dave and Shelby those who lead most things to do with maps, try to get at least one map update every month.
HOWEVER, this does not mean it will be the Survival Games. You could see more Battleground, Zed Chase maps. Or, when the AntVenom single server merge is completed, any maps from all of their minigames could be updated.

So, if you are wondering about when the next Survival Games maps will be added it is uncertain. At the moment we do have a lot of maps on SG, therefore personally I do not believe new maps will be added for a while.

In map updates, the amount of maps added can vary. With Survival Games map updates, it is normally about 3-5 maps added per update. With other gamemodes, I'm not certain, but 3-5 is normally the case.
