Lobby rule

I think there should be a new lobby rule. No telling people what to vote. Every time I enter a lobby I see this in chat:
Guy1: VOTE 1
Guy1: VOTE 1
Guy1: VOTE 1
Guy1: VOTE 1
Guy1: VOTE 1
Guy2: vote 2
Guy3: vote 2
Guy 4: No stfu vote 4
Guy5: Vote 2 for less lag
Etc etc. This gets really annoying as that is all people say in the lobby.

We could add an auto-detect into the plugin where it detects what you say and doesn't allow the map to be played if spoken about more than 5 times.

If this is too harsh we could just keep kicking them.
