Lightning Strike Volume

Hey! So I have this problem and it's really starting to piss me off! I've done everything I could to decrease the lightning volume without decreasing the whole master volume bar and it just WOULDN'T WORK! Help me please, because the lightning is too loud in game and I just can't record like this! Q__Q
Edit : Apparently, you can turn them off by turning off the weather sound, but I just want to turn it down, not to completely turn it off! :C

Reduce the volume of Ambient/Environment. I have it on 5%, as like that the lighting is not loud as crap, but I can still notice it.
