Let /help work?

In game if you try to do /help, you get a message saying the fairy is pissed or something. I was wondering if allowing you to do /help might actually help people who don't know all these commands. There may be more, feel free to add.

/list - shows players
/info - shows time left - server id - what maps are loaded
/spec username - quick way to spec a certain player without spamming left click
/records username shows records e.g. wins points kill streak etc
/bounty username amount - allows players to put a bounty on someones head
/v 1,2,3 - vote for different maps. /v to see total number of votes
/suicide - Speaks for itself

Sorry if I've missed some but i really think this would be a good idea.
