LagBack Glitch 1.7.2

Since i updated to 1.7.2, not only on MCSG but on some other servers i've started to get the glitch that make the character unable t move unless they crouch. This is a huge disadvantage during PVP as you cannot run away effectively or chase. Therefore i am dying alot more often. I think its related to a plugin but i'm not sure ( if anyone knows tell me ) i'm not even sure it's a problem MCSG can fix. If anyone else has experienced this let me know.

yeah this happens to me a lot of the time. Sometimes it results in getting killed.
