Joining Teamspeak Problem

Unfortunately I ran into a little issue with joining the Teamspeak server.
I can join every other Teamspeak server I just run into a problem trying to join McGamers.
Every time I try and join this is all that happens:

Any idea's on how to fix this?

You could try using the direct ip: 69.160.45.3:20003
