Ive donated about 12 to 13 hours ago and have not received my package.

I ordered iron donor yesterday under the ingame name Mathx. I waited for 3 hours then emailed support and now its been 11 hours(slept for most of it) and i havent got my iron donor yet. I need my money back or i need this to be fixed because i cannot purchase it again let alone i dont even want to. I want this fixed by today or i want my money back simple as.
