Is This Macro Allowed?

Lets say I have my bow in slot 2, would it be allowed when I press 2 it swaps to my bow and changes by dpi to a lower sensitivity to make my shots more accurate?

You are allowed to do that. Adjusting your settings and your hotbar set-up are in no way illegal. It's good to see that you are asking though, nice to see people making sure they don't break the rules .
